Stout and Stable

Designed as an ocean going work vessel, navel architects recognized that the Island C’s stability and stoutness made it ideal for conversion to a true Alaskan adventure charter. Now it is a finely finished boat capable of withstanding extreme conditions and providing the kind of comfort expected on a world-class vacation.

 

 

 

 

 

Spacious and Comfortable

At 77ft long and 21ft wide with 3 decks it is spacious and accommodating with large indoor areas that don’t compromise ample deck space to experience it all first hand. On board are 2 additional auxiliary boats we launch to bring you that much closer to adventure your came to Alaska for.

Accommodations- The Island C sleeps up to 11 clients but we only carry this many when a single party reserves the entire boat, otherwise we limit sailings to smaller groups. There are 3 separate rooms available for hire, one that sleeps 5, another sleeps up to four (and has its own bath) and there is also a stateroom for 2. There are 3 bathrooms on board and the boat is capable of it’s own desalination so water conservation is not a problem, guests can shower everyday just as if they were at home. The Island C has a large salon appointed with leather sofa and chairs all surrounded in picture windows offering spectacular views as your dine or just relax. A full entertainment center with stereo TV/DVD and a surround sound system can add to evening entertainment but we expect that you will be out on deck taking it all in until you fall into bed.

Meals- All meals will be prepared for you by our excellent cooking staff. We welcome your menu preferences and encourage your input.

Fishing Gear- All your fishing gear is provided- all you need to do is show up! Our crew will help you process and package your fish. Even if you are a first timer with a little coaching from our helpful crew you will be dressing fish like an old salt. After processing your catch can be frozen on board until the end of your excursion. If you desire to taste some of your daily catch our chef would be pleased to cook it to your preference for the freshest seafood you will ever taste!
